Hi, I'm Lucy, but my friends call me 'Mrs Motivation'.

I always think of summer as the feel-good months, as everyone seems to be happier when the sun is shining.   However, I also know what a challenge it can be to emerge from winter’s woolly cocoon, only to find that the body beneath is more butterball than butterfly...  Still, by making healthy choices, staying active and nurturing our self-esteem, we can encourage our inner beach-babe to shine through.
