If you're planning to stick to a look good, feel good agenda in 2010, we're 100% with you.

As a group of friends, we combine an enthusiasm for fashion, food and fitness; which is all good - in the right measure. The trouble is we each have a tendency to overindulge in one area or another (be it with ankle-wrecking wedges or chocolate fingers). And that isn't always healthy.

That's why we've come together to pool resources and share ideas, with the hope of sticking to our own good intentions in the months ahead.
